SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed with us will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of order, for items in stock.  When items are packed for shipment to our customers, they are carefully wrapped and securely padded, to ensure that they reach their destination undamaged. 

Shipping charges are determined based upon the following:

1.  Location of delivery within the continental United States;

2.  Handling charges; and

3.  Insurance, based upon the retail value of the purchase.

Special Situations:

Please contact us directly by phone (216-231-2272) or e-mail (lemani@att.net) for detailed information and assistance related to the following situations:

1.  Total order exceeds $150.00

2.  Express delivery is needed or desired

3.  Purchased products are to be shipped to an overseas destination

 

The shipping addresses entered on the order sheets must be complete and accurate.  Incomplete or inaccurate information will cause a delay in the timely delivery of the order, and may result in additional charges being imposed by the courier.  These additional charges will be billed to the customer.

If an item is damaged in shipment, we require that you notify us immediately, and that you return the item to us in its original shipping container within five (5) days of receipt.  You will be entitled to a replacement item of equal value, or to a merchandise credit equal to the value of the damaged item.  These options will remain valid for a period not to exceed six (6) months from the date of original purchase.  To report a damaged item, or if you have a question or require additional information, please contact us via e-mail.

     


REFUND POLICY

Since each item that our Company offers for sale is handcrafted, slight variations in color, design, and/or pattern are to be expected.  Such variations reflect the personal craftsmanship that has gone into the making of each item.

When we accept delivery of a shipment of goods from Italy, we carefully inspect each item.  In this way, we can assure our customers that the items they purchase from us are well-made, original creations, and free of defects or damage.

We stand behind the products we sell, and therefore maintain this refund policy:

ALL SALES FINAL ... NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

 

In the event that an item is damaged in shipment from us to you, you may choose one of the available options for receiving credit.  These options are described in our SHIPPING POLICY.

 


PRIVACY POLICY

Our Company takes very seriously its responsibility to protect the privacy of our customers, and of all visitors to our website.  We therefore restrict our collection of information to that which is minimally required to serve you efficiently.  The types of information we must obtain from you include the following:

     1)  Account information

"Account information" includes information that is required to properly process the order(s) you place with our Company.  This includes your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number(s), and payment information.  We collect this account information directly from you when you place an order with us.

     2)  Payment information

"Payment information" means identifiable credit card information, and bank information from personal checks.  Such information generally includes, but is not limited to, your Master Card and/or Visa account numbers, credit card dates of expiration, mailing and billing addresses, telephone numbers, names of banking institutions and credit card issuing institutions, bank routing numbers, and bank account numbers.  We collect this payment information directly from you when you place an order with us.

     3)  Customer product preferences

If and when this type of information is collected, it is maintained in a confidential manner and is used solely for the purpose of offering individualized service to our customers.

  

Use of Customer Information 

We use account information and payment information to process and ship customer orders, to bill for our products and services, and for any and all other related business purposes.  We do not sell or disclose customer information to any other businesses or organizations, nor do we share this information in any manner.

If necessary we will disclose information when it is required by law.  We will also disclose certain information to other entities such as regulatory or law enforcement agencies to prevent fraud.

   


LAYAWAY POLICY

Our layaway program is designed to offer several different payment schedules for customers who might be interested in such payment options.  Terms of payment for each of these layaway options are as follows:

 

            Option A: for purchase totals up to $500.00

 

1. 10% of purchase total must be remitted at time of order

 

2.  No rigidly established monthly payment is specified or required, but full payment of any outstanding balance must be made within 6 months from date of purchase.               

 

 

            Option B: for purchase totals exceeding $500.00

 

1. 10% of purchase total must be remitted at time of order

 

2. No rigidly established monthly payment is specified or required, but full payment of any outstanding balance must be made within 12 months from date of purchase.

 

 

Product(s) will not be shipped to the customer until the account balance is paid in full.

 

Final payment must be received by the end of the specified time period (depending on the applicable option).   If payment is not received by that time, the layaway item(s) will be returned to store inventory, and the 10% down-payment will be forfeited.

 

Remittance of the required 10% down-payment constitutes customer’s acceptance of the aforementioned terms of our layaway policy.
